For business owners one to three years in

The money is coming in. The wealth isn't.

You built something that actually makes money. So why doesn't any of it feel like yours?

Press play. This is the conversation nobody had with me when I started.

The community lives on Skool. Takes about two minutes to get in.

  • No hype.
  • No gurus.
  • No shame.
  • Just the code.

The Problem

Let me describe a feeling I think you know.

  • The business account looks healthy. Your personal one doesn't.
  • You pay yourself last. Some months, nothing at all.
  • Business money and personal money live in the same account, and you couldn't untangle them if you tried.
  • Every dollar goes back in. New equipment, more ads, one more hire. Because growth is the plan, right?
  • Tax time hits like a surprise. Every single year.
  • Somebody asks what you're worth and you genuinely can't answer.
  • You're working more hours than you ever did working for someone else, for less money in your own pocket.

Sound familiar?

None of that means you're bad at this.

  • You're not behind because you're lazy.
  • You're not behind because you don't work hard enough.
  • You're not behind because wealth isn't meant for someone like you.

You're behind because nobody handed you the code.

The Reframe

That's not a revenue problem. That's a system problem.

Here's the thing most owners get wrong, and I got it wrong too. You think the fix is more revenue. Bigger months, one more truck, one more crew, one more client.

But revenue is what moves through the business. Wealth is what you keep outside of it, working for you whether you show up that day or not.

Two completely different games. Nobody ever told you they were different games.

Revenue is not wealth.

Which means the answer was never going to be found by working harder. Working hard is not a wealth strategy. It's a requirement, but it is not a strategy.

The owners who get out of this don't out-work it. They install a system. That's what the 10 Laws are, and that's what the community is for.

Who's talking

I'm not a guru. I'm a guy who figured some things out.

I'm Allan. Lawyer by training. Operator by choice.

I grew up in a 1,200 square foot house with eight people in it. I slept on the floor next to my brother for the first eight years of my life. My dad used to say he didn't have two nickels to rub together, and he meant it.

My first business was pest control, back in 2007. It failed. Then I was too scared to try again for seven years.

That's what fear of risk cost me. Seven years.

In 2014 I started Proof Pest Control in Detroit. The most boring, recurring, predictable business I could think of. It worked, and it's still working.

The entire time I was building it, I drove a beat-up 2010 Nissan Altima.

I teach from scars, not theory.

I'll tell you the ugly parts too. Right now, about 76% of my net worth is locked up in privately held businesses. That's not good.

That's a mistake I'm still unwinding, and I'll say it out loud, because nobody says that part out loud.

I don't need to do this. The companies pay me and the investments pay me. I'm fine.

I do it because nobody handed me the code, and now I'm pulling other owners up with me. That's it.

“People thought I was struggling. I was building.”

What this is

Not a course. Not coaching. A room you build in.

I built a course once. It was $469 and thirty-three videos. People bought it, and here's what I noticed every single time.

People don't apply free things. And they don't apply lonely things either.

So I stopped selling the course and put the whole thing inside a community. The Laws unlock on a schedule you can actually keep up with, next to other owners at your exact stage.

Two new Laws every month

Ten Laws, two at a time, over five months. Paced so you install one before the next one lands. Annual members unlock all ten on day one.

Owners at your stage

Everybody in here is building something. Same problems, different industries. You post the thing you're stuck on and people who've been stuck on it answer.

Me, in there with you

Not a bot. Not a support desk. I'm in the community, on the calls, answering the questions.

The Laws stay there. You can go back through them any time, review one, or run a new decision against one. The room keeps moving whether you're in a busy season or a slow one.

Everything you get as a member

What $47 a month gets you.

This is the founder plan. The price will increase to $97 a month, and the first 30 members get this pricing locked.

The curriculum

The Laws already existed. I just went and found them.

These aren't tactics I invented. Tactics change every six months. These are principles that worked in 1926, work now, and will work in 2050.

Laws 1 to 4

Own it

Mindset

  1. 01

    You're worthy of wealth

Most people are running money scripts they inherited from people who never built any. Step one is rewriting them.

  2. 02

    Give 10% away, forever

    Sounds backwards. Works every time.

  3. 03

    Take real risk

Playing it safe is one of the most expensive things you can do. Cost me seven years.

  4. 04

    Delay gratification without feeling deprived

    The marshmallow test, for grown-ups.

Laws 5 to 7

Control it

Foundation

  1. 05

    Pay yourself first

Ten percent of everything you earn goes to your future self before anything else. Non-negotiable.

  2. 06

    Swim against the current

When the herd panics, that's almost always your moment.

  3. 07

    Use debt as a tool

Not all debt is the enemy. Some of it is fuel.

Laws 8 to 10

Grow it

Multiply

  1. 08

    Build passive income

Income that shows up whether you do or not.

  2. 09

    Diversify smartly

    Concentration kills. So does scatter.

  3. 10

    Build multiple streams intentionally

Build one. Lock it in. Then add the next.

Slowly. Then suddenly.

That's how this actually works.

The honest part

Why this isn't free.

I taught this material for free for years. Years of it. Webinars, guides, calls.

Here's what I noticed every time. People don't apply free things.

When something is free, it gets treated like it's free. It sits in a tab and gets forgotten, and I've watched that happen to people I genuinely wanted to help.

So I want there to be a little sacrifice to get your hands on this.

The price isn't there to make me money. The price is there to make sure you make money.

That's the honest version. I don't need this to work financially. I need it to actually work.

The fit

Let's make sure you're in the right room.

This is for you if

  • You own a business, roughly one to three years in, and the revenue is finally showing up
  • You pay yourself last, or nothing, and you've made peace with it in a way that doesn't feel like peace
  • Every dollar goes back into the business and you're starting to wonder if that's a plan or a habit
  • You couldn't tell me your net worth right now if I asked
  • You're done with finance guys in rented Lamborghinis
  • You'd rather have a system than a pep talk

This isn't for you if

  • You want someone to manage your money for you. I'm not a financial advisor and I don't sell financial products
  • You want a quick fix. This is slow, then sudden, and that's the whole point
  • You want help growing the business itself, like marketing, hiring or ops. That's not my lane. My lane is your money
  • You're going to join and lurk. The room only works if you're in it

Fair? Good.

The door

Pick your way in.

No cart, no countdown, no spots closing tonight. Just a room full of owners doing the same work you're doing, and ten Laws waiting on the other side.

The price will increase to $97 a month. The first 30 members get this pricing locked.

Questions

Straight answers.

Asked and answered by Allan, before you join.

Is this a course?

No. It was once, for $469 and thirty-three videos. That curriculum now lives inside the community, released two Laws a month, with the room and the calls around it, because a course on its own does not get finished.

I'm too busy running my business for this.

I know. That's the actual problem: you're so busy running the thing that your own money never gets ten minutes. That's why it's two Laws a month instead of ten at once. It's built for someone with no time.

Are you a financial advisor?

No, and I'm not going to pretend to be one. I'm not licensed, I don't sell financial products, and I won't tell you what to buy. I share what I've learned building real businesses and a real portfolio, and you take what works for you.

What if I'm not making much money yet?

Then you're early, and early is the best time to install this. The Laws work on small numbers, and that's how you get to bigger ones. Ronald Read was a janitor who died with $8 million.

What if my business isn't pest control?

Doesn't matter. That's just the trade I landed in. Everything here is about the owner's money, not the business model. Plumbers, agency owners, restaurant owners, contractors: same problem.

How much time does this take?

A couple of hours a month if you're doing the work. More if you want the room. Less won't get you much, and I'd rather tell you that now.

What happens right after I join?

You land in the community on Skool. Start the 90-Day Net Worth Challenge, meet your accountability pod, and every Law released so far is waiting.

Can I cancel?

Any time, yourself, from inside your account. No call, no email, no retention gauntlet.

Will you tell me how to grow my business?

No. Plenty of good people teach that. My lane is what happens to the money after the business makes it.

Nobody handed you the code.

The rules of wealth exist, like gravity. I didn't write them. I went looking, found them, and made most of the mistakes on the way.

You've done the hard part already. You built the thing, and you bet on yourself when it would have been easier not to.

Now let's make sure it turns into something.
